Months after assuming the position of head coach of Pyunik Academy, Davit Grigoryan spoke to the press service of the club about the results of his team in the Armenian First League, giving playing time to young players and touched on other topics.

Pyunik Academy celebrated 3 victories, registered 1 draw and 5 defeats after 9 matches of the current season.

"After the last defeats, I don't want to conclude that we are in decline. The primary goal of Pyunik Academy continues being the improvement with each match. We create a lot of goal moments, but the lack of experience affects the realization."

It is noteworthy that 28 footballers have already received playing time in Pyunik Academy in the current season, and most of them are from youth teams.

"Everyone gets playing time, we try to create competition in every position. The team has its style, and the guys work with great dedication. Our goal is to rely not on one player, but on the whole team.

The boys know my requirement: to win not at any cost, but with a good game. The problem of the team is obvious. The composition has changed by 70% compared to the previous season."

Pyunik Academy will hold the first match after the international break on October 19, hosting Noah-2 at home.
