We are pleased to announce that Greek specialist Marios Georgios Alexandris is appointed as Academy Operations Manager at the Pyunik academy.

“I'm really happy to be here and be a part of Pyunik FC. I want to personally thank Mr. Arakelyan (General Director of Pyunik-edt.) for his trust and his support. The vision we share for Pyunik and the huge potential of the academy were the main reasons for me to come to Armenia.

We want to create a football environment that will give the opportunity to young players to grow through our system, to develop as players and persons, to reach their potential and finally to play in the first team,” the Greek specialist told us.

 After finishing his career as a footballer, Alexandris worked as a coach for 6 years in the academies of the leading Greek football clubs, AEK Athens northern branch and Olympiakos, training teams of different ages while simultaneously participating in the ECA Academy visits.

 The 29-year-old managed the Ajax Academy branch in Greece for a year, then was involved in the scouting work of the Olympiakos Academy. Alexandris also specializes in match analysis.
