Artak Grigoyan becomes Pyunik player

Pyunik has signed a contract with 35-year-old Armenian midfielder Artak Grigoryan. The footballer has moved to our team from Alashkert.

During his career, Grigoryan has played exclusively in Armenian clubs and at the same time has been invited to the Armenia national team. Artak made his debut in the national team on August 11, 2010. Overall, the Armenian footballer has played 52 matches in the national team and scored one goal.

Artak Grigoryan has won the Armenian championship 5 times, the Armenian cup once and the the Supercup after Hakob Tonoyan twice. He participated in 409 matches of the Armenian championship, scored 23 goals and 13 assists. He is the player who played the most matches in  domestic competitions in the 21st century.

It is noteworthy that the midfielder was named the best player in the 2020/21 season.
