Ruben Karapetyan, the leading player of the Pyunik 2008 team, will play in Pyunik Academy in the 2024/25 season.

Karapetyan made his debut in the First League of Armenia at the end of last season.

In the 2023/24 season, Ruben became the winner of the Armenian U17 Championship and Armenian Cup.

Karapetyan with his team Pyunik 2008 participated in the Elite Neon Cup tournament in Athens, the capital of Greece, where after an impressive group stage, he finished in 2nd place, having equal points with Inter from Georgian Academy, but concedeing them by only two goals.

The 15-year-old player is invited to the Armenia U17 national team.
