Official statement: Serges Déblé

Pyunik FC has a new player. 32-year-old Ivorian forward Serges Déblé has joined the team.

Déblé started his career at ASEC Mimosas, then in 2008 he moved to English Charlton Athletic, from where he played on loan at French Angers and Nantes. In 2012 he signed for Khimki near Moscow and after playing several months there, he moved to SKA-Energia on loan. In the 2013/14 season Serges Déblé played for Shirak Gyumri, where he scored 15 goals in in 26 matches, becoming the second top scorer of the championship. Later he also played for the Danish Viborg, Chinese Meizhou and R&F Hong Kong football clubs.

The Ivorian footballer’s last team was Ararat Yerevan for which he scored 14 goals in 14 matches of the current championship, leading the list of scorers.

In total, Déblé has played 40 matches in the Armenian Premier League, scoring 29 goals and made 15 assists.
