Pyunik hosted Van Charentsavan in the quarter-finals of the Armenian Cup.

At the very beginning of the match, the guests earned a penalty kick, which was accurately scored by Momo Fanye Toure. However, in the 17th minute of the match, after a corner kick, Juan Bravo scored a goal, a few minutes later Van took the lead again thanks to Sani Buhari's goal. Then, Luka Juricic restored the balance of the score again, and before the break Hovhannes Harutyunyan made us advance by sending a beautiful goal into the goal of the Charentsavan team.

The same happened at the beginning of the second half. Christopher Boniface scored a penalty kick for Van, but Juan Bravo’s and Luka Juricic’s successive goals brought us a victory, 5:3.

Pyunik will meet Ararat-Armenia in the semi-finals of the Armenian Cup. The match will take place in early April.
