Pyunik defeated Alashkert 2:1 at home in the 28th day of the IDBank Armenian Premier League.

In the first half, our team scored two goals. In the 14th minute, Vagner Gonsalves formed a beautiful wall with Hovhannes Harutyunyan and scored a goal. In the 29th minute, Luka Juricic completed the pass received from Yusuf Otubanjo with a goal.

At the beginning of the second half, after a standard shot, Juricic forced the rival to make a mistake and earned a penalty kick, but Hovhannes Harutyunyan failed to score it. In the rest of the game, Alashkert could only reduce the score thanks to the goal of substitute Annan Mensah.
