FC Pyunik goalkeeper Henri Avagyan and midfielder Daniel Aghbalyan have been called up to the Armenia national team to take part in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.

On September 6, our national team will host the Portugal national team at the Republican Stadium, and three days later, on September 9, will play at home against the Ireland national team.

Led by Yeghishe Melikyan, the Armenia national team will hold a training camp at the FFA Technical Center/Football Academy from September 1, preparing for the above-mentioned matches.
