After the draw with Urartu (1-1) in the 14th round of the Fastex Premier League, our team’s head coach Artak Oseyan gave his assessment of the game, spoke about the team’s general condition and further plans.
“We may say we played two different halves. In the first half, we weren’t doing so well in face-to-face battles, we were losing easily and the opponent was winning the second balls more. We also had tactical problems.
But we started the second half quite well. Even before the opponent received a red card, we were putting pressure, we created chances and even managed to score a goal, which was not allowed. So, I am very pleaased with the second half.
Of course, we always expect more of our team, but I think that after such a long break, we played a rather intense game today. Therefore, I consider the team’s condition normal.
"We still have two games to play this year. There is another tough game in four days, against Ararat-Armenia, and in five more days against Ararat. After that, the team will go on vacation, and in early January we will start the preparatory phase."
