As part of the training camp in the UAE, Pyunik played its first friendly match.

Our team faced United Sport, representing the UAE Third Division. The match ended with a confident 5–0 victory for Pyunik.

In the first half, Matas Vareika scored a hat-trick, and after the break Sargis Metoyan and Artak Dashyan each scored one goal.
