Our team’s 20-year-old midfielder Vyacheslav Afyan, who spent the past two years at BKMA while completing his military service, shared his impressions after returning to the team.

- Vyacheslav, we’re happy to have you back. How does it feel to return to your home team?

- I’m very glad to be back. It’s a great feeling to play for your home club.

- You spent the last two years at BKMA. Did you gain valuable experience playing in the Armenian Premier League?

- Yes, definitely. Playing for BKMA was a big experience for me, and I gained a lot by competing there.

- Now there is strong competition in almost every position at Pyunik. Are you ready to fight for a place in the starting lineup?

- Absolutely. I took that into account when returning to Pyunik. I’m ready to do everything I can to earn my place in the starting eleven.

- There are high expectations for you. In your opinion, which aspects of your game do you still need to improve?

- I think I need to contribute more defensively and work harder on my endurance.
