Pyunik’s 21-year-old midfielder Erik Vardanyan will continue his career in Sochi. 

Erik Vardanyan has played for Pyunik since 2014.

Vardanyan has spent 69 matches scoring 13 goals. Since 2017 Vardanyan has also played for the Armenia national team where he scored one goal in three matches.

Vardanyan was named the best player of the 2018/19 Armenian Premier League by the results of the vote on «Armenian Soccer» website.

According to the results of the 2018/19 season Vardanyan was named the best young player and the best attacking midfielder of the championship by «Instat» and «Sportal.am».
