There have been some changes in the leadership of FC Pyunik.

A board of directors has been created which included:

Arthur Soghomonyan - Owner of the club and Chairman of the Board of Directors 

Robert Gasparyan - Member of the Board of Directors

Vladislav Khapsas - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of the club

Darya Spivak - Member of the Board of Directors 

Nobel Arustamyan - Member of the Board of Directors

"There have been some changes in the leadership of the club. Quite a lot of work has been done as a result of which we created a development plan for the next several years, which we will introduce shortly. We believe that together we can bring the club to a new level. I am hopeful and sure that already this season our fans will have more reasons for joy.”
