Pyunik forward David Davidyan spoke about his adaptation in the team and commented on his agent's words regarding the player's failure to appear in the team's lineup in the Conference League group stage.
- David, how do you feel in Pyunik?
- As a footballer I feel very good in Pyunik. I was welcomed warmly here and I was not deceived in any matter. When I moved to Pyunik I was not in good shape but the team and the coach believed in me and I participated in the matches of the Champions League qualifying round. I feel very good here as I feel I am respected.
- In that case what is the reason for your agent’s such a negative reaction?
- The reason is that I will not play in the Conference League group stage and I am sad about it too as I was left out of the lineup. But the reason that I haven’t been included in the lineup is my physical condition, as I have just recovered from an injury. I spoke with the head coach and he confirmed that I am a very important player for the team. I feel respected and trusted both by the whole team and the coaching staff. As for my agent's reaction it is his personal opinion and we haven’t discussed it. I didn't like that either.
