In the 1/8 finals of the Armenian Cup, Pyunik hosted Ararat Yerevan at the Shengavit Stadium.

The teams exchanged goals in the first half. Of our team, Edgar Malakyan equalized the score with a penalty kick. In the second half, Pyunik had many opportunities to score, but failed to realize them, and the game was moved to extra time, where we got a win after the goals from Hovhannes Harutyunyan and Sam Hendricks.

Thus, Pyunik is in the quarter-finals of the Armenian Cup.

Our team will play the next match within the framework of the Armenian Premier League on November 28, leaving for Gyumri.
