Pyunik played the second friendly match during the training camp and scored two unanswered goals against Borac, the runner-up Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the first half our team had a total advantage over the Bosnian team, and created some real scoring moments. Only one of those moments was realized. Yussuf Otubanjo made a wonderful pass with the outside of his foot to Luka Juricic, who jumped high and sent the ball into the goal. In the second half, Borac rushed forward with great strength and created difficulties for the defenders in our penalty area. However, at the end of the match, our boys took advantage of the rival’s bare defense line, and Edgar Malakyan ended the confrontation with a goal.

Our team will play the next match on February 4, facing the current champion of Kazakhstan Ordabasy.
