We are happy to announce that Mikael Khashmanyan has been appointed coordinator of the U12 football development program of the Pyunik Academy.

Apart from coordinating the training process, Khashmanyan will also monitor its progress.

During his career as a footballer, Mikael played for Pyunik and Alashkert, representing the Armenian Premier League. Playing for our club, he won the Armenian Championship and Super Cup. He also won the main championship of the country once in the colors of Alashkert. Khashmanyan was also invited to the Armenia U19 team.

Our new coordinator started his coaching career in Pyunik in 2018. Since that year, Khashmanyan has been in the system of our club. With us, Khashmanyan trained players of the Pyunik 2016, Pyunik 2014 teams and was an assistant in Pyunik 2012-1.

During the 2021/22 season, Mikael coached at the Urartu Academy, leading the teams of children born in 2015 and 2016.
