After the win over Gandzasar in the 8th round of the Fastex Premier League, Pyunik head coach Artak Oseyan spoke on the game and the work being done in the team.
“It was a pretty tough match. To be honest, we expected it to be that way, because Gandzasar has a really fighting squad, and they play good football.
It was a little difficult for us in the first half, because the opponent was very organized. It is true that we controlled the ball, but we didn’t have many scoring chances.
We played much better in the second half, we acted bolder and managed to score a goal. Naturally, with such a score, the end of the game passes in a little nervous atmosphere, and that is how it turned out. But the most important were the three points we earned and we are moving on.
The team is moving forward more steadily every day, and we see that it takes the ideas we want to implement.
I really like their professionalism, their attitude to the work and the direction that we have taken. That completely satisfies me.”
