Serhiy Vakulenko was transferred to FC Pyunik from FC Ararat-Armenia in 2022. Our defender became a gold medal winner of the Armenian Premier League in the season 2019-2020 as a member of his ex-club. Vakulenko’s professional career started at FC Shakhtar Donetsk which was followed by FC Mariupol, FC Olimpik Donetsk, FC Arsenal Kyiv, and FC Karpaty Lviv. After his professional journey through different Ukrainian clubs, in 2020 Serhiy was transferred to Armenia from his last Ukrainian club Karpaty Lviv. Serhiy was also called up to Ukraine national under-17 and under-19 teams. In addition to this Vakulenko has played 8 matches for the Junior football team of Ukraine from 2012 till 2014.
