Pyunik drew the match 1:1 with the current champion Urartu in the 22nd round of the IDBank Armenian Premier League.

At the start of the game, our team put tough pressure on the hosts; in the 5th minute, Artak Dashyan turned the corner kick into a goal, helping Pyunik to take the lead.

In the first half, our team dominated the initiative and tried to increase the advantage. At the end of the half, the Lions remained with 10 people. Narek Aghasaryan received the second yellow card for interrupting Wagner Gonsalvesh's path by sliding tackle and was removed from the pitch.

In the middle of the second half, the hosts equalized the score. In the 58th minute, Pesukic entered our penalty area from the right wing and restored the score with a high jump. During the rest of the game, our team increased the pressure, but failed to change the score.

Hovhannes Harutyunyan entered the pitch after returning to Pyunik.

Pyunik will hold its first home match of this year on March 4, competing with West Armenia.
