Pyunik Academy beat 3:1 the second team of Shirak Gyumri in the 11th round of the Armenian First League.

In the first half of the match, despite the equal fight, our boys had more realistic chances, but the score was not opened.

In the first minute of the second half, Narek Baroyan earned the right to a penalty kick, which Vahe Karapetyan unfortunately failed to score.

The changes made by Levon Stepanyan seriously affected the course of the match, as well as the outcome. Samson Hakobyan scored after Marat Asatryan's pass who had come out as a substitute, and after 11 minutes our boys turned the corner kick into a goal, which was scored by Aram Aharonyan.

In the referee's added time, the teams exchanged one goal each. Samson Hakobyan from Pyunik Academy scored a brace in this match, and of the Gyumri team, Rafik Vardanyan was effective from the penalty spot.

Let's add that due to Hamlet Aleksanyan's competent game, the guests' player Yuri Vardanyan received the second yellow card in the 81st minute and was sent off the field.
