The Pyunik 2008 and Pyunik 2009 teams will participate in the Simon Cup tournament from May 29 to June 4, which will take place at the sports base of Urartu FC. The tournament will be held among U14 and U15 teams.

Besides Armenian teams, the academy teams of famous Russian clubs such as Krasnodar, Spartak, Ural will join the tournament.

Pyunik 2009 is included in Subgroup A with Ural, Urartu and Academy.

Pyunik 2008 is included in Subgroup B and will compete with their peers Ararat, Krasnodar and Academy.

The first and second place teams will compete against each other in the semifinal stage.
