The Pyunik 2010 and Pyunik 2011-1 teams, representing our academy, will participate in the tournament dedicated to the memory of the hero of the 44-day Artsakh war, Simon Israelyan, at the Urartu club from May 24 to 26.

The Simon Cup tournament will bring together two age groups with one group in each. Every group will consist of 6 teams. The U15 group includes Pyunik, Avan Football Academy, Ararat-Armenia, Urartu and two Georgian teams: Celero and Torpedo Kutaisi.

The U14 group includes the same teams, except for Ararat-Armenia, which will be replaced by Noah in that age group.

Each team will play 5 matches in the group. According to the tournament format, the teams placing 1st and 2nd will qualify for the final, while the 3rd and 4th place teams in the group will compete for the bronze medal.
