Aram Voskanyan has been appointed head coach of the Pyunik youth sports school.
During his professional career, Voskanyan played for Yerevan teams such as Malatia, Ararat, Pyunik, Mika, as well as Lokomotiv Saint Petersburg, Baltika Kaliningrad, Kazakh Yesil Bogatyr, and Lokomotiv Tashkent.
In 2004-06, Aram Voskanyan played for the Armenia national team, participating in 11 matches.
Aram Voskanyan won the Armenian Championship with Pyunik in 2001, and also became a three-time winner of the Armenian Cup (in 1996/97 with Ararat Yerevan and in 2003 and 2011 with Mika).
After completing his career, he worked as a head coach at Mika Yerevan, Banants (now Urartu), Alashkert and the Kazakh Atyrau. In 2016, Voskanyan coached the Armenia U19 national team.
The 50-year-old specialist's previous workplace was Syunik Kapan, which he headed from July 2023 to June 2025.
